Add New and Maintaining Meetings

Below is the link where Area Services or the designated person, logs in to maintain their meetings. Updating is quick and easy and and shows up on our meeting search within minutes.

“Updates ensure the addict searching for a meeting goes to the correct place at the correct time. It is imperative that a narrow focus be kept on the BMLT’s principal goal: To help addicts get to NA Meetings.” Chris M.

This process is quicker and more accurate than the “old” process of email, update a spreadsheet, wait for the return email.

The simplicity:

Sign in. Search for the meetings.
Create a new meeting or click on meeting name.
Type and click to make or update the meeting.
Click Save This As A New Meeting or Save the Changes to This Meeting.
Make sure the PUBLISH this meeting box is checked if you want the meeting to be seen.
Done!

Run the NAWS compatible file dump from the BMLT website and send it to NAWS.

Here is the NAWS process. The BMLT is similar and made by addicts for addicts.

Group/Meeting Updates Process:
We have a process in place that allows for trusted servants that are delegated by their service committee to update group and meeting information with us. Those trusted servants can receive a MS Excel file, make changes and send it back to us. We are able to import this file into our system. Trusted servants that have been assigned this responsibility, please contact us.

Please contact us or email webmaster@naohio.org for your login id and password or if you need a new password.
